Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jsss ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("the Player," "you," "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the jsss online gaming platform available at jsss.bet and its associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the jsss platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any supplementary rules, game-specific terms, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the jsss platform from time to time.

jsss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Eligibility

Access to and use of the jsss platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gambling in the Philippines. jsss strictly enforces this age restriction and will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to register or maintain an active account.
• You are a natural person accessing the platform for your own personal, recreational use. Corporate entities and automated systems may not register as players.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a jsss employee where participation in certain games may present a conflict of interest, unless explicitly authorized in writing by jsss management.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jsss platform or had your account permanently closed by jsss for a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on jsss, you must create an account by completing the registration process accurately and honestly. You agree to provide true, current, complete, and accurate information when registering and to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jsss account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jsss reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses associated with them, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation when multiple accounts are detected.

jsss will conduct identity verification (KYC) at the time of registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any other time at jsss's sole discretion. You may be required to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment methods linked to your account.

• Proof of address documents must be dated within the last three (3) months.
• Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jsss account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jsss will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

You agree to notify jsss immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party. jsss may suspend your account pending investigation upon receiving such a notification. Any wagers placed or transactions completed prior to notification of unauthorized access remain valid and are not subject to reversal by jsss.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jsss accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name and must match the identity information on your jsss account. Third-party payments — whether deposits or withdrawals — are strictly prohibited. jsss will return funds received from unverified third-party sources and may close the associated account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. jsss aims to process withdrawal requests within the standard processing times displayed in the platform cashier, however, processing times may be extended if additional verification is required. jsss is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical interruptions outside jsss's direct control.

• All currency on the jsss platform is denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
• jsss does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.
• jsss reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts as part of its AML compliance obligations.
• Funds deposited into a jsss account may not be transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

jsss offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered using real money eligible games before a withdrawal becomes available.

• jsss reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional terms, or collusion is detected.
• Players who self-exclude or voluntarily close their accounts while a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding will forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jsss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred or sold.
• jsss may impose maximum withdrawal limits on winnings generated from bonus play, as specified in the individual bonus terms.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the jsss platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules will take precedence with respect to the conduct and outcome of that particular game.

jsss uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games and employs live dealer mechanics with independent oversight for live casino games. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed in the game information panel. jsss does not manipulate game outcomes and is bound by its PAGCOR-regulated operating obligations to maintain game integrity at all times.

In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, jsss reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jsss will not honor payouts generated by a game displaying an obvious error, malfunction, or mis-configured paytable.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jsss platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share cards, or otherwise manipulate the result of any game.
• Using the jsss platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments).
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one jsss account.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services from jsss.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed toward jsss staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jsss platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game assets, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of jsss or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jsss platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jsss content without the prior written consent of jsss.

The jsss name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of jsss trademarks in connection with any product, service, or online content is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jsss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jsss platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.

jsss does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While jsss takes reasonable technical measures to maintain platform uptime and security, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions for which jsss accepts no liability.

jsss's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jsss account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

jsss is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. jsss strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits using the tools available in their account settings dashboard.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use the jsss self-exclusion tool to suspend their account for a defined period ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed and a formal reinstatement review has been completed.

jsss strictly enforces its 21+ age requirement as part of its responsible gaming obligations. If jsss suspects that a minor is attempting to access or has accessed the platform, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation, all funds will be frozen, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant child protection authorities.

Account Closure & Termination

You may close your jsss account at any time by contacting the jsss support team. Upon receiving a closure request, jsss will process any pending withdrawal of available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) within the standard processing timeframe.

jsss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; provision of false identity information; chargebacks; or regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority. Where an account is closed by jsss due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

• Accounts that have been inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to an administrative fee in accordance with jsss's dormant account policy.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened until the elected exclusion period has fully expired and a formal review has been completed by the jsss responsible gaming team.

Amendments to These Terms

jsss reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jsss will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the jsss platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jsss operates under PAGCOR regulation and is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and jsss arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through jsss's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the jsss support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through PAGCOR's player dispute mechanisms or through the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of jsss must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
